You can find The Nexus dungeon within Borean Tundra.
The coordinates are (27.1,26.2)
On the top left of the map go to tall building called The Nexus.
If you go around the ground of the building you will see an entrance inside.
The Nexus dungeon entrance is the lower portal, go down the slope and you should see the portal entrance.

Bosses:
1. Commander Stoutbeard (Heroic Boss)
Copy/Paste Macro:
/i Avoid spinning Whirlwind. Battle Shout increases melee attack power of nearby allies. Charges a player, inflicts physical damage & stuns. Fears players.

2. Grand Magus Telestra
Copy/Paste Macro:
/i Move away from player hit with Firebomb. Inflicts frost damage & stuns players. Pulls players towards her with Gravity Well, does shadow damage. At 50% boss splits into 3 mirror images. Can interrupt spells Critter, Time Stop, Scorch.
3. Anomalus
Copy/Paste Macro:
/i Destroy Rifts to stop mobs spawning. At 50% boss is immune to all damage during Rift Shield. Charge Rifts creates more mobs & increases damage from Bursts.
Heroic Differences: Arcane Attraction Will increase 1 players arcane damage taken for 10 sec.
4. Ormorok the Tree-Shaper
Copy/Paste Macro:
/i Reflects 4 spells back at casters. Tramples nearby players. Move away from Crystal Spikes in ground. At 30% boss goes into Frenzy increases his physical damage.
Heroic Differences: Summons Crystalline Tanglers, they root players.
5. Keristrasza
Copy/Paste Macro:
/i Keep moving to avoid being slowed by Intense Cold. Avoid frontal cone Crystalfire Breath. Don’t stand behind boss to avoid Tail Sweep. Chains a player for 10 sec. At 25% boss enrages.
Heroic Differences: Crystallize holds all players for 10 sec.
